The song was originally demoed by the band in 2006. The reason for the re-recording was because of many requests from fans. It is also noted that it became popular amongst fans due to P2P and File sharing sites.
Insomina (Live) is a cover of Faithless’ "Insomnia", recorded live at London's Brixton Academy, November 2007.
The hands on the front cover are that of Rob Rolfe, the drummer, and Chris' brother.
